Shipping
Each gown is prepared and dispatched from our partner atelier, and delivery takes 15 to 45 days depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Planning for a special occasion? We recommend ordering at least 8 weeks before your event.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us on WhatsApp. After this period, your gown enters preparation and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Our prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Where applicable, these are charged by the destination country and payable by the customer upon delivery. Parcels refused or left unclaimed due to non-payment of these fees are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a piece with a manufacturing defect, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. Requests received after this 24-hour window cannot be accepted. Once your request is approved, the piece must be sent back within 7 days, and we will send you the correct item or a replacement. All shipping costs are covered by us.
Size or Style
If the size or style is not right for you, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. You may choose between:
- an exchange for another size or model, with shipping costs at your expense (plus any price difference);
- a return in exchange for store credit, valid for 12 months.
The piece must be sent back within 7 days of your request being approved.
Conditions
All pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Each piece is inspected upon receipt, and any item that does not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Only one exchange is possible per order. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are compensated by exchange or store credit, as described above.

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 81751675 or +961 81918465, or email info@misslouicouture.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
